Being pregnant/postnatal can feel incredible but it can also, at times, feel overwhelming, stressful, uncertain and pretty shitty.

Let me hold you!

We can celebrate the good and how amazing your body is AND we can sit in the not so good and have a little cry if that's what you need.

It will be an hour solely dedicated to you - I will tailor the sessions based on any goals/intentions you may have and your specific pregnancy/postnatal recovery needs. We can also adapt our plan for how you're feeling on the day as pregnancy and the postnatal period are not linear.

Some days you might be craving movement, others may be more about rest - I've got you.

These sessions can be all about yoga and relaxation or we can intertwine some massage techniques for a truly nurturing experience.

They will take place in the comfort of your home and can be booked at a frequency that suits you.
