Having a new baby is HARD WORK!!

Our Post-natal Yoga classes are a lovely way to get out, stretch a bit and get a bit of space,

support, and maybe even a new perspective in those times you might be feeling stuck, especially in these times of such intensity.

Our classes are:

Zero judgment;

Come as you (and your baby) are;

Do as much (or as little) as you feel;

Safe, strengthening and restorative for pelvic floor + core;

A gentle reintroduction to movement that feels nourishing for your body;

Super supportive;

Inclusive + kind;Mama-focussed.

We get to know each other over the weeks and see our babies grow together.

You can share the highs and lows of your week in totally non-judgemental company.

We spend time stretching out with mindful movement – easing achy limbs and tired minds.

Our classes aim to support a healthy, functional core and pelvic floor, soothe the nervous system and provide meaningful support and friendship throughout the wild times of early parenthood!
