About

Our classes focus on you, Mama. A space to stretch out, find some space, set down your worries and breathe a little deeper.

Dedicate some time each week to you, your baby and your pregnancy journey. We explore movement to help you to feel comfortable, strong and flexible in your body; breath techniques to centre your mind and feel more in control and calm; and deep relaxation to soften and release, body, heart + soul.

Our classes are always warm and friendly; a space without expectation or judgment. We cover topics that might be helpful to think about in the run up to birth, learn breath, meditation and movement techniques that can help to ease niggles and tension and support you in your pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Most of all, you will be part of our community of amazing women, sharing experiences. A precious time each week to focus on you and your baby.
